Enabling local storage in your browser for your Fig application

If you are having difficulties navigating through your application you may have seen an error that says "Sorry we need your permission to continue". The permission required relates to local device storage, required so that Fig can temporarily access specific data required to navigate through application steps.


This Google Chrome feature allows web applications to store data on your device, which is generally used to enhance your browsing experience, and is used to store secure details regarding your application during your application session.


The steps below should help to overcome any difficulties you may have navigate through your application:


Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and security from the menu on the left.
  4. Under the ‘Privacy and security’ section, select Third-party cookies.
  5. Select Allow third-party cookies. Local storage is often tied to cookie settings.
