Application
Sorry, your loan offer has expired
Your Fig loan offer will remain available for 7 days from the time you complete our pre-approval process. If you see this message you will need to complete the pre-approval process again for a new offer.
Oops, something's gone wrong
An unexpected error has occurred during your Fig application. Please close your application and reopen from a new browser tab, or a different device. If you continue to have difficulty after these steps, you can contact us for further support.
Incorrect Link
Your Fig application link may be incomplete or malformed, please contact us for further support
Sorry, we aren't able to offer you a loan right now
Fig's application algorithm has determined that you are not eligible for a loan offer at the time of your application, you may be eligible to reapply in 30 days. If you see this message you can find more information about your application here.
You've already got a loan with us!
We're delighted that you're so happy with your Fig loan you'd like to apply for a second loan! Unfortunately we do not support borrowers maintaining more than one loan, or increase an existing loan. More details can be found here.
We can't proceed since you declined the terms & conditions
To complete your application, you must agree to the terms & conditions set out by Fig. If you would like to reconsider, or accidentally did not accept, you can select the Try again button to select I agree.
Identity
Sorry, we couldn't verify your identity
Fig's identity verification, supported by OnFido requires an exact match between the name you apply with, and the name seen on your photo ID. If you believe some information may be incorrect on your application please contact us for further support.

Banking
Something went wrong while connecting your bank account
An unexpected error has occurred during the linking of your bank account with Flinks. Please try again, or attempt changing devices. If you continue to have difficulty after these steps, you can contact us for further support.
Sorry, we couldn't verify your bank account
When linking your banking information to your Fig loan with Flinks, we were unable to validate that the connected account is your primary bank account.
