Your Fig Account gives you secure access to all your loan information and tools to manage your payments easily.
When can I access my Fig Account?
Your Fig Account is automatically created when you book your loan with us. Once your loan is booked, you’ll receive two emails:
- Loan Confirmation Email – Confirms that your loan has been successfully booked and includes information about your deposit.
- Set Up Your Fig Account – Explains how to access your Fig Account online.
If you don’t see these emails, check your junk or spam folders for messages from support@fig.ca. Still can’t find them? Reach out to our support team at support@fig.ca and we’ll be happy to help.
How to Access Your Fig Account
You can log in at any time by visiting my.fig.ca.
To log in:
- Enter the email address you used to apply for your loan.
- Retrieve the one-time login code sent to your email inbox.
- Enter the code and access your account securely.
No password is required – Each login is protected by a unique, time-sensitive code for your security.
If you’re not receiving the code, try disabling browser autofill to avoid incorrect entries, or contact us directly at support@fig.ca for assistance.
What You Can Do in Your Fig Account
Once logged in, you can:
- View your loan account number
- See your full payment schedule
- Track upcoming and past payments
- Check your remaining balance
- Make manual payments
- Update your payment method
- Download your loan and PAD agreements
- Update your personal contact details
