Effective February 21, 2025 all newly booked loans will be updated to a new version of the Fig Account. If you are unable to follow the below instructions as written, you may be using this new version or have been updated to this new version. Instructions can be found below for this process with your account under "Fig Account 2.0".
Your Fig account is your central hub for all things related to your loan. Upcoming payments, payment history, manual payments, and more! When your loan is confirmed you will receive an email with details on setting up your account which you can then log into at anytime!
Create Your Account
The moment you book your loan, you will be sent two emails titled "Set up your Fig Account" and "Your loan with Fig is confirmed!". In the email titled "Set up your Fig Account" you will be find instructions to set a password and create your Fig account.
I didn't receive these emails from Fig, what do I do?
- Our emails are sent from support@fig.ca, search your spam and junk mail folders for this address
- Contact Fig Support and our expert support team would be happy to help out!
Log Into Your Account
- Head over to my.fig.ca
- Enter your Email and Password
- Click Log In
Having Trouble Logging In?
- Disable your web browser's autofill to ensure your browser is not populating incorrect login details
- Click on the "I forgot my password" button on the log in page, and enter your email; the email will only send if the email address matches an account on file
- If you haven't received a password reset email within 15 minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder, as it may have been redirected there by your email provider
My account is locked, what next?
- If you attempt to log in unsuccessfully multiple times, you may be temporarily restricted from logging into your profile. In this case, please wait 30 minutes before attempting a login.
- If you still haven't received the password reset email or continue to experience difficulties logging in, don't worry. Reach out to our expert support team, and we'll be happy to help you out.

Create Your Account

- Login via my.fig.cawith your email and retrieve your one-time login code
- Be sure to leave your Fig login session open while retrieving this code from your email inbox
- Enter your one-time login code and you will be brought to your Fig Account Home
