If you have been been the victim of a scam or believe you have been the victim, we recommend that you file a police report with your local authorities and contact your financial institutions immediately, as they are in the best position to trace any funds that may have left your bank account. This process can be very difficulty and Fig's support team will do our best to help out as much as we can.
If a third party has accessed your personal information, we recommend changing your passwords, including your Fig Account password, and updating other personal details. To enhance your accounts security, we recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) on any of your personal accounts where it's available, in addition to updating your passwords. If you believe that your email address has been compromised, please contact us as soon as possible to update your information.
