Why do I still have an outstanding balance after making a payment?

Modified on Wed, 27 Nov at 2:43 PM

When a payment for your Fig loan is attempted, it is possible that the payment may not be successful. In the event that your payment is unsuccessful, your balance will not be reduced, the following reasons may contribute to the unsuccessful payment:

Insufficient Funds

There were inadequate funds in the account from which payments are being withdrawn.

Stop Payment

A request has been made to your financial institutions to stop all payments to Fig.

Funds Not Available

The funds in your bank account have been allocated for another purpose, preventing your payment to Fig from being successfully processed.

Account Closed

The account from which payments are being withdrawn has been closed.

Payment On Hold

Your payment to Fig is currently on hold by your financial institution. We recommend that you contact your financial institution to release the payment to Fig.
